Indian Cricket Team in shambles due to the rift between the seniors ?

With the battle of words and public digs at each other it ia evident that there is a definite rift in the Indian team. Predictably, BCCI has denied any such dissent in the team.
Let us analyze the comments of the players in the recent CB series and then speculate on the matter :

It all started with Dhoni stating that he would quit playing test format if he deems himself unfit to survive the 2015 world cup

After the 4th Odi of the CB series, commenting about the nail-biting last over finish Gautham Gambhir said "We should have finished this game in the 48th over. We shouldn't have taken the game to the 50th over, that's my personal observation. "

After Gambhir's impressive knocks, when the press asked Dhoni about the continuvation of rotation policy, this what he had to say "Well, if they find it difficult (to sit out) there's no reason why a youngster who has played just 30 or 35 games will find it easier to do that."

Aftrer the match against Australia Dhoni justified the rotation policy by stating the seniors to be 'slow fielders'

When asked Sehwag about the fielding issues that Dhoni mentioned, he said he was not aware of it ,"I didn't know what he said and what's going on in the media. But we decided, we had a meeting, he chatted with everyone, with Gautam and myself and Tendulkar; he explained that he wanted to give chances to youngsters so youngsters can play all the matches here because the next World Cup is also here, so they'll get an idea of how the pitches behave in Australia,"

So, to come to the conclusion about all these do we need to speculate?, No its very evident and clear there is a visible rift for the whole world to see. Dhoni's comment in the Tests about retirement is thought to be due to loss of control and authority over the team. Gambhir's statement clearly shows him not accepting his skippers' view of matter. Dhoni's dig at senior players and Sehwag's comment of unawareness shows complete lack of communication and belief. Is this dissent in the team reason for its aweful performances in the test and staggering performances in the ODI's ?. It is a question that BCCI must ponder over. In the midst of all these BCCI denied any rift in team and took a dig at the media for misquoting Sehwag !!!.

Considering all these comments, it evident that Indian team, not only have to battle out tough opponents but have to battle out themselves to shine as a unit. Is that going to happen ? with two must win games ahead Indian team must resolve their differences to resurrect the belief that seems to have extinguished in them.
